You may return unused products within 14 days of purchase with a printed return note.

(A returns note was included in your delivery, should you need a new copy please email sales@kombatuk.com)

All returns should be in their original condition – by this, we mean:

Item(s) should be in an unworn and in an unused condition.

Item(s) must be in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

If the original purchase contained a free item, this item must also be returned.

Any items returned in any other condition than stated above, may be subject to a re-packing charge or the refund being declined completely.

Return your parcel at your own cost through your preferred courier, please get a receipt as proof of postage.

Once the items are received, they will be inspected, and where applicable a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

* PayPal refunds generally get processed by PayPal within 48hrs

* Card payment refunds can take up to 7 working days, depending on your banks processing times.

Please note that if your original order was over our “free shipping” threshold of £60, then your return items value drops your original order below this free shipping threshold, then we hold the right to deduct our standard shipping charge from your refund amount.

Example:

Original order (a) – £80.00 – (qualifies for our free shipping, as order over £60)

Returned item(s) (b) – £50.00

New order total (a-b) – £30.00 – (order now under the free shipping threshold of £60)

Refund amount – £45.00 – (returned item(s) value (b) less standard shipping charge of £5.00)
