Kombat UK has been established in the UK military market for over 30 years and is one of the UK’s premier military manufacturers and importers.

At our heart is a passion to support all our customers, no matter the size. Whether it’s a case of providing lifestyle images for a website, up to date product knowledge or just recommending great new products, Kombat UK’s team is on hand to assist with any enquiry.

Our product range is always expanding, by utilising exclusive relationships with factories across the globe and with a keen eye for detail; Kombat UK confidently supplies equipment that performs when it matters most, at the keenest prices on the market.

Working as a close-knit team with an ethos focused on providing market leading customer service, Kombat UK continues to lead from the front in supplying Europe’s military and retail markets.

HOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED…

1992

Roger,(the owner) at the age of 13, started as a Saturday boy in the local army shop in Ipswich.

1993

Roger started his first army surplus stall selling on car boot sales around Suffolk.

1994

Roger opened his first market stall on Ipswich Market. Selling both new and surplus military products under the KOMBAT UK name.

1996

Roger bought his first brand new exhibition trailer.

1997

Roger opened his second and third military stalls which were run by his parents, Pam and Richard.

2000

Opened our first physical, Kombat UK shop on Ipswich high street.

2004

Opened a larger military shop in Ipswich.

2006

Rented our first warehouse and started importing military products under the Kombat UK brand.

2009

Launched our retail and trade website.

2010

Moved to a larger warehouse in Scole, Norfolk.

2011

Started supplying our first customers in Europe.

2013

Built and expanded our Scole warehouse to make it 7 times larger (totalling 25,000 sq ft).

2014

Developed our own BTP camouflage pattern, a true driving force for the Kombat UK brand.

2015

Started supplying directly to CCF schools.

2017

Purchased our first articulated lorry with container trailer for collecting goods directly from Felixstowe Port.

2018

Purchased land in Harleston, Norfolk to develop our new larger 2^nd warehouse and distribution centre.

2019

Started building the new 40,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre at Harleston.

2020

Moved into our new warehouse at Harleston with purpose built offices, showroom, picking system and warehousing.

2023

Purchased our new Scania articulated lorry to enable us to streamline our container collections from Felixstowe Port.

2024

Purchased a further 3 acers next to our Harleston warehouse for future growth.

2025

We start the build of the 3^rd warehouse – 50,000 sq ft next to our current 40,000 sq ft warehouse.
